About Burton Pools and Spas
Burton Pools & Spas was founded in 1978 by Dan
and David Burton, both lifetime residents of Arkansas. In the early 80's we
were doing business out of our homes. As our business grew, and the needs of
our customers was increasing daily, it was necessary to open a retail store in
Fort Smith. This helped us to better serve our customers. It also allowed us
to represent other products such as hot
tubs, saunas, gas
heating products, patio furniture, pool
tables, grills and smokers into the
home of our customers, bringing entertainment and relaxation.
Burton Pools & Spas has learned success by following a three-step philosophy of doing business:

- Use and Learn Low-Maintenance Practices
- Provide Service After the Sale
This philosophy is evident in the name-brand products that you see in our stores. We offer above ground pools by Hot Spring Spa, Doughboy and Vogue, inground pools by Pacific Graphic, patio furniture by Winston, gas logs by Peterson, billiard tables by AMF, grills by Tech & Cajun, and saunas by Finnleo just to name a few. We have been able to obtain these brands because of our experience in the business, the volume of products that we market, and the recognition from our peers that we only represent the finest the industry has to offer.
These product lines, as well as our outreach across
the state, have allowed us to open another location
in Springdale.
Burton Pools & Spas is recognized by Pacific Pools as being the largest pool builder in the world for Graphic Pools. Burton Pools has been named 3 times by Aqua Magazine as one of the top 100 pool companies in the U.S., and has been recognized as Dealer of the Year by Hot Springs Spa and South Central Pool distribution. Also, the National Spa and Pool Institution (NSPI) granted us the Gold medal for pool design and construction.
