We had purchased our above ground pool from Burton Pools approximately 7 years ago. Last year a windstorm destroyed our pool. The folks at Burton Pools were very fast to get a replacement and worked hand – in – hand with our insurance to get us back to normal. Their crews arrived and completely removed the damaged pool (and I mean completely removed it – leaving it cleaner around the area than they’d found it)… and their installation crew was just as awesome!! They went the extra mile to insure that the installation was exactly what we wanted. The Staff at Burton Pools was in – touch the entire time, and that in itself was a huge thing to me. I’ve always been very pleased with the service we’ve received from all of the folks at Burton Pools – but this exceeded anything I’d ever imagined a Company would do for a customer!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough… so add 5 more stars to the 5 that are displayed, and you’d be close!!!!! This company truly values their customers!!!!!

We purchased an Endless Pools R500 Swim Spa from Burton in September. Jody Rhodes helped us with the process of selection of the spa, orientation at our site, and managing the whole project for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the project and has provided great follow-up after the sale. We can’t thank him enough for the outcome of this project.

Christian and Luke delivered the spa and set everything up. They were very professional and provided us with all the information on how to control everything after the setup. They also gave me a walkthrough of how to maintain the chemical balance and clean the filters. They have also been out to add additional features, and are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond.

The Deck Company of Fort Smith was contracted to install the deck for us. They did an amazing job at the installation and transition from the deck to the spa, making it very easy to get in and out. The deck really completed the project!

David Moore was contracted to do the electrical for Burton. He was professional and did an excellent job at installing and making everything look neat and clean.

We couldn’t be happier with our private oasis!!! Thank you to the whole team at Burton Pools and Spas!!!
